Dodge brings diverse and extensive experience on both the landlord and tenant side of the table. Having previously worked for T3 Advisors, a tenant rep commercial brokerage firm, and Greatland Partners, a life science developer, Dodge understands and can foresee deal challenges, giving him and his clients the ability to plan ahead and make smart decisions. Additionally, Dodge has significant project management and construction familiarity, understanding cost exposures associated with decisions as well as realistic timelines. With a resume of deals spanning retail, industrial, office, and multifamily, Dodge’s network and enthusiasm make the real estate process truly enjoyable. His clients will tell you he's a great listener and always has your back. Dodge holds a BS in both Finance and Accounting as well as an MBA from the University of Maine and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Boston Association of Realtors, and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
